yesterdays “nap” developed into a long deep sleep with messy dreams so I couldn’t sleep until 2.30 am later at night and today I had to wake up at 7 am. it’s not like I can’t pull off 4 1/2 hours of sleep but I have been keeping my sleeping schedule pretty stable for the last few months. and then the day before yesterday I had already slept until 12 am so I am just messed up right now.
I am so sleepy. my eyes feel puffy. and I am not even sure if my body really needs sleep. I just feel like a truck has driven me over.
